Announcing the F.F.F. challenge
Hey omorfe,
(reminder, that's Greek for good looking man)
Since today is February 1st, I thought it would be cool to do another monthly challenge.
If you were around back in summer, you might remember my S.S.J. or Swole Shoulders July challenge (if you don't, well that's another reason to join my glorious email list) The goal was to perform a shoulder exercise daily while following a couple of rules. At the end of the month, whoever followed along was pretty darned happy with his delt gains.
We'll do something similar with F.F.F.
But first, what does it stand for? It's...
Fenomenal Frequency February
Yes, yes, I know. It's not f-enomenal, it's ph-enomenal.
But damn it, I wanted that triple F and decided to (once again) butcher the English language.
What's the concept?
This month you'll pick one task to do daily.
Here's where it gets interesting:
1) You're free to pick the task yourself (I'll provide a few suggestions later)
2) It doesn't have to be just about fitness
Let's rap a lil about that last point.
Charming guys who have been following for some time, understand that I am not in the fitness business. Instead, I am in the...
Men's Glorification Business!
Fact: the world desperately needs more high-quality men today (I shamelessly like to call those men "Grecians") And sure, I'm biased and believe the path to becoming a great/Grecian man starts by taking care of your body and your health. Fitness was, is and will always be the foundation.
But...
When your physique is at a level that's better than 90% of the guys you know (pretty easy since most guys don't give a rat's patootie about their bodies and health) you can maintain and start upgrading other areas of your life.
And this brings me to the F.F.F. challenge.
Pick one task you believe will help you become a higher-quality man. Perform it daily for the next 28 days. If possible try and improve your performance
What task should you pick?
Tons of suggestions here but here are a few:
* Move - that can be walking, training, playing a sport, whatever. Just stay active daily. Btw, coitus doesn't count. Why? Because I said so...
* Weigh yourself in the mornings- As explained in my best-smelling book, Sculpted Grecian Body, it's one of the best habits for guys who want to lose weight
* Perform a rehabilitative exercise - For example, band pull aparts will improve your posture and strengthen your shoulders
* Read 10 pages of a good book (preferably in physical format) - A few recommendations are Start With No, The Way of Men, Winning Through Intimidation, The Millionaire Fastlane, Think Big And Kick Ass, Predictably Irrational, and anything written by a dude called Fotis Chatzi-something
* Give a firm "no" when asked to do something you don't want to do
* Eat protein with every meal - Whey powder or half a cup of cottage cheese are good options here
* Meditate
* Start one conversation with a perspective client - you can use email, anti-social media, the phone, direct mail, carrier pidgeon, whatever
* Approach a woman on the streets by saying "hey, I thought you looked beautiful and wanted to come over and say hi"
* Write, shoot a video, record an audio
There are more options but the above should get you going.
Another way to approach this is ask your good-looking self:
"What's one thing I know I should be doing more of but I'm not?"
When you answer this, you'll have found your task.
And in case you wonder, yes. I'll also be performing this challenge. Will share tomorrow what I'll be doing on a daily basis.
This month can be the most interesting one of the entire year if you desire to make it so.
If you don't? Welp. Guess you can go back to jerking around on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and anti-social media.
Anyway, that's all from me.
